SERVICES
Virtual Service: Full payment is required for all projects conducted electronically by phone, fax or email and confirmed by a major credit/debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express).
In-person Service: Fees may be paid in cash, via check, money order, or major credit/debit cards. A 50 percent or greater deposit is charged at the time of the initial agreement; the balance is due upon delivery of the proof copy. A $35 fee will be charged for any NSF checks.
All other special services are individually priced.
One (1) cover letter and reference page are included as part of a package; additional cover letters nominally priced.
No proof copy supplied, in person or electronically, until the balance is paid in full.
A client may CANCEL a transaction within 3 business days from the date a contract is executed. The initial consultation fee is included in the quoted price for each completed project. However, if the client cancels the project within the cancellation grace period, 50 percent of the agreed upon TOTAL will be retained as a consultation fee. Fees for services/production already begun or already completed, after three days, are neither cancellable nor refundable.
Changes/additions made after 30 days constitute an update and fees applied according to the complexity of the update, retrieval of the archived original master, and electronic files.
Critiques of an existing résumé are FREE.
